SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR - INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
At StellarAlgo, we’re expanding and looking for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our talented and results oriented team. What do we mean by results oriented? You'll work closely with clients to understand not only what they want but what they need to help them solve some big and interesting problems.
This role is about:
Being part of a team that builds a scalable software-as-a-service product that is used by industry leaders across the world
Using cutting edge business practices. You will be working to identify, introduce and establish best-in-class data-driven sales and marketing practices to accelerate inbound sales and facilitate StellarAlgo’s overall sales process with live audience business prospects
Foster StellarAlgo’s growth and awareness building as both a best-in-class customer data platform as well as a thought leader in the industry through marketing and sales support efforts
Who You are
You are an individual that understands championing the power of a platform or product to help organizations build more effective and efficient relationships with their fans. You have a passion for marketing and understand how targeted campaigns can deliver qualified leads and support sales goals. You’re not afraid to think outside the box and creativity think of ways to provide prospects and clients with messages that are relevant to them and the live audience industry.
Beyond the day-to-day you are a strategic thinker relentless about understanding goals, pain points and processes of live audience businesses and how our data platform can help them be successful.
On top of this, you are comfortable working in cross-functional teams and can share insights and expectations with stakeholders, clients, team members and all levels of management. You aren’t afraid to have fun and have a voice doing it!

Construct, compile and enhance StellarAlgo marketing through social media, website content, quarterly newsletter, blogs, etc. to increase StellarAlgo reach and awareness in the industry
Support digital marketing and data capture strategy including management of marketing automation system in order to optimize sales and marketing campaigns
Assist in constructing, compiling and enhancing StellarAlgo sales documentation, overview decks, proposals, statements of work, sales post mortems, etc.
Assist in building StellarAlgo’s brand and reputation in the live audience industry
Assist with developing and executing StellarAlgo’s sales and marketing campaigns
Co-manage StellarAlgo’s social media accounts and website
Find creative ways for developing thought leadership content and creating opportunities for StellarAlgo team members to share their knowledge and expertise
Contribute to overall corporate direction and marketing and sales support efforts
Other responsibilities warranted by the startup nature of the business
3 years of experience in marketing, sales, and/ or digital marketing related roles
Understanding of sales and marketing technology stack systems such as CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, social advertising, etc.
Understanding of data driven sales and marketing practices in a B2B environment
Passion for delivering value through creative marketing solutions that directly facilitate sales
Up-to-date with the latest digital trends
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, stay cool under pressure, and meet deadlines
Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines
Passion for data-based decision-making and the sports and entertainment business
Experience analyzing data and presenting actionable insights to improve results
Proactive, solution and results-oriented attitude
University degree or equivalent combination of education and business experience
